Rethinkers, a leader in the field of training and development, offers a comprehensive children’s coaching program aimed at training and empowering supervisors, mentors, and those responsible for children.

The program focuses on developing coaching skills tailored for children aged 7 to 18, and includes carefully designed components that enable effective coaching sessions to help children manage their emotions and thoughts. With official accreditation from Rethinkers and the Arab Coaches Union, the program also provides an integrated toolkit full of activities that allow trainees to directly apply them with children.

The program aims to:

  3. Enabling supervisors to conduct effective coaching sessions for children.
  4. Helping children express and manage their emotions effectively.
  5. Enhancing emotional intelligence in children and developing their social interaction skills.
  6. Training children on how to handle negative thoughts and transform them into positive ones.
  7. Empowering children to set personal goals and discover their talents, strengths, and weaknesses.
  8. Developing critical and creative thinking skills in children

 

-1- Coaching Model

Coaching models that can be used with children and adolescents aged 7 to 18 years include: GROWTH Model: How to use this model in coaching sessions with children to achieve specific goals. CLEAR Model: Enhancing interaction and effective communication. WOOP Model: Achieving goals. OSCAR Model: Defining the outcome.

**Enabling clients to achieve self-awareness, personal goals, and problem-solving through effective questioning, dialogue, and active listening.

- Empowering supervisors to train children to express and manage their emotions effectively. -Enhancing emotional intelligence in children and developing their social interaction skills. -Training children on how to handle negative thoughts and transform them into positive ones. -Empowering children to set personal goals and discover their talents, strengths, and weaknesses.

-4- Practical Sessions Conducted by Trainees with Clients of Their Choice

Training on how to apply coaching techniques with children.
